Processing Times
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take up to 2–3 weeks. You will be notified of timelines at the time of order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it — and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Defective return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
